Processing Time

Every order is handled with care:

  • 🍯 Honey & Hive Products: Typically ship within 2–5 business days
  • đź‘• Print-on-Demand Items: Made just for you, so please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note: These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and location.

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If your order includes both honey and print-on-demand items, they may ship separately.
No worries—you’ll receive tracking info for each package.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Golden Hive Creations is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • Check around your delivery area
  • Ask neighbors or household members

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll always try to help where we can.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
