At Golden Hive Creations, we offer:

  • Made-to-order print-on-demand items (like apparel and gifts)

A couple things to keep in mind:

  • Honey is a natural product, so color and texture may vary
  • Crystallization is completely normal and a sign of real, raw honey
  • Printed items are made just for you, so slight variations can happen

Placing an Order

When you place an order, please make sure:

  • Your shipping address is correct
  • Your order details (sizes, items, etc.) are accurate

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if something looks off (like pricing errors or stock issues), but we’ll always try to communicate clearly if that happens.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability can change from time to time. We’ll always aim to keep everything up-to-date and fair.

Shipping

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!

That said, once your package is with the carrier, delays can happen that are outside of our control. We’re also not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If something goes wrong, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of our products:

  • Not returnable (for safety reasons)
  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days—we’ll make it right

  • Made just for you, so no returns for size issues or change of mind
  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it—just send us a photo within 7 days

Everything you see here—our logo, product designs, images, and content—belongs to Golden Hive Creations. Please don’t copy or reuse without permission.

Keeping Things Fair

We ask that you don’t use our site for anything harmful, illegal, or disruptive. Pretty straightforward.
